Product Name: MailRoom ToolKit

MailRoom ToolKit is a series of integrated controls that saves money by speeding data entry, increasing address quality and preparing volume mailings. The flexible components place address management tools right inside your database. This allows you, for example, to have address correction right at the point of entry. MailRoom ToolKit's flexible COM and activeX technology can be seamlessly integrated into a multitude of databases, applications and programming environments, including Microsoft Office. This ability eliminates the time consuming process of importing and exporting data between applications.

MailRoom ToolKit Standard Edition comes with a suite of three agents:

• POSTCODE Agent,
• BATCH Agent and
• SORT Agent.

It can support up to 25 users.

POSTCODE Agent is a data entry tool that provides rapid addressing and immediate address verification. POSTCODE Agent also includes Satori Software's POSTCODE Browser, which is a key feature that allows users to quickly search the Australia Post database, to better find and correct address errors.

BATCH Agent is an address verification tool that cleans entire mailing lists and prints an address validation report.

SORT Agent supports the Australia Post PreSort scheme for lower postage rates. SORT Agent prints bar coded address labels and required mailing reports. SORT Agent is also PreSort Accuracy Test (PAT) certified with Australia Post.

MailRoom ToolKit Enterprise Edition is a client / server solution that is suitable for larger organizations. It can handle unlimited users, and can be configured for Address Quality and Internet based applications.
