With Parcel Post’s safe, reliable C.O.D service you can opt to have our staff collect either postage and fees only, full payment for the item delivered, or both. C.O.D. enables you to fulfil orders and deliver goods to customers who don’t have an account with you.

C.O.D. is easy to use. Just take your parcel to your postal outlet and complete a Cash On Delivery lodgment slip. The article will be delivered to the postal outlet closest to the recipients’ address, and the recipient will be informed that there is a C.O.D. item awaiting collection.

Australia Post will take delivery of your payment when it is collected, and return any payments to you by money order.

C.O.D offers free insurance for items valued up to $100 and additional insurance can be purchased for items valued between $100 and $5000.
